LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Carico International Inc. warrantees your fine dining ensembles to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.  Any piece or component found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not apply to commercial use.  Proof of purchase required*

Our table top collection offers open stock availability and as well as permanent pattern guarantee. However, in the event a pattern is discontinued we reserve the right to offer a complete replacement of the pieces in the customer's possession for an active pattern. Full credit at original purchase price will be given upon receipt at our office of merchandise to be exchanged.

FULL LIFETIME HAZARD WARRANTY
If destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, neglect, accident, malfunction, or altered in any such way that its performance is affected, it will be replaced for ½ of the current retail purchase price plus S/H.  Proof of loss must be submitted within sixty (60) days of occurrence.*

*All warranties are backed by the integrity of Carico International, Inc.  All prices are subject to change.  A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required in the unlikely event a return is necessary; please return in original box with packing material and the RA# on the outside of the box, prepaid.  Contact your local distributor or Carico’s Customer Service Dept. to obtain a RA#.  Carico International, Inc. will not be liable for merchandise damaged in transit caused by improper packaging.
